Proofhound is a plain-English reference for peptides and related compounds. Every entry carries an honest evidence grade, from A strong human trials to D anecdote only, plus its real FDA and anti-doping status.

What it does

The library. Two dozen compounds explained the way a well-read friend would, including when the only data is from mice.

The calculator. Converts vial size, water and the amount your prescriber wrote into units on an insulin syringe, with a beginner walkthrough. It converts the numbers you enter and never suggests an amount.

The log. A private record of what you took and when, kept on your phone. No account, no cloud, nothing sold.

What it is not

Proofhound is an educational reference and personal logging tool for adults 18 and older. It is not medical advice, does not recommend any compound, amount or schedule, and does not sell, source or link to any substance. Talk to a licensed clinician before starting, stopping or changing anything.
